We got the 2 week kit for 4 people. The kit is very well curated, put together, and explained. The customer service along the way has been excellent. The pricing seems to be about the same as compared to sourcing everything yourself.

Getting a kit from Cascadia Ready was the best decision we could have made. Marilyn really knows what she's doing; she put together a kit that was not only full of supplies from trusted, tested brands, but she also made it accessible and friendly to folks who haven't spent a ton of time camping or doing survival-related training.

Before working with Marilyn, preparing for the Big One felt daunting, we had some supplies but not everything and I was overwhelemed by the decision making process. So we decided to go with a pre-made kit that would simplify the process. And that was the right move for us! Because of the materials that Marilyn put together, my spouse and I had long overdue conversations about what the hours and days following a Cascadia event would look like and I finally feel ready. I finally feel like I did my best/everything I could to keep my family safe. and I know that means I'm taking care of my community too. The other thing I want to mention is the fact that Mairlyn is incredibly flexible. If you have some supplies already, she will gladly remove pieces of her kit and bring the price down so you only pay for what you need. So helpful!

The comprehensive kit is wonderfully stocked with everything you may need in an emergency situation. The quality of the supplies are top grade. Marilyn has done an amazing job at building these kits with care and wisdom, and skillfulness. I have more peace of mind knowing that I have some necessary supplies if an emergency happens. I am so pleased that I finally took action and bought the Cascadia quake kit. It is excellent. Marilyn is thorough and easy to work with. That the kit is specifically designed for the Pacific NW is so helpful. I had tried to put together my own kit, and found it to be stressful and incomplete, difficult to package, and confusing. With this kit everything is packaged well and it follows an intuitive, logical system, which will help in the thoes of inevitable panic and fear should a quake occur. There are steps and items I had never thought about and that is so helpful. Obviously I hope I never need to use the kit, but it makes me a lot less fearful to have made this preparatory step.
